DMCI Power fulfills contract with PALECO

In its bid to deliver its contractual obligations with the Palawan Electric Cooperative (PALECO), DMCI Power Corporation has augmented its dependable capacity to 27.24 megawatts even surpassing the required 25mW.

“We are steadfast on our commitment to PALECO and the consumers, hence, we cannot afford any delays in delivering our contractual obligation,” said DMCI Power President Nestor D. Dadivas, stressing that there is no truth to any news reports that up to this date, the company has not fulfilled the capacity required.

This last quarter of 2015, DMCI Power is set to install another 2.0mW generation set in Irawan, Puerto Princesa City and another 0.5mW generation in Roxas town. “We will dutifully follow our augmentation plan to ensure continuous supply of power under our contract with PALECO,” Mr. Dadivas said.

By December, DMCI Power will install six (6) brand new continues rating generation sets that have a capability to run as base-load facility.

“DMCI Power adheres to the principle of fair play in doing its business amidst stiff competition and it will always remain faithful in fulfilling its contractual obligations,” Mr. Dadivas reiterated.
