2 X 4.5 MW Bunker-Fired Power Plant in Aborlan, Up and Running

DPC commenced commercial operation of its 2 units of 4.5 megawatts bunker-fired power plant in Aborlan last December 2016.
DPC president Nestor Dadivas said the company was able to complete the full phase of the said facility, which was designed to help provide the much-needed additional capacity to the province of Palawan.
DPC invested approximately P600 million in Aborlan to address the continuing increase in electricity demand in the province due to the rise of local tourism and commercial establishments.
The said plant will directly serve the needs of Palawan Electric Cooperative (PALECO) franchise area.
DPC launched the construction of the power plant in January 2016 in its property in Aborlan.
